Born in Dalian in 1958, Zhang Min, male, studied at the photography department of Luxun Fine Arts College in 1987. He worked in Japan in 1990 and got a master degree at Japan Kyushu Industry University in 1996. Nowadays he lives in Fukuoka, Japan.

　　Barmaids at various bars create the culture of nightlife in Japan. They are lonely, nervous, disconsolate. Thought they are good looks, they have to kill their young time. I want to photograph them early, and to take their natural and real photographs without their precautions.
